its called P3....its being held by Power 106...its a car show/all day music festival...at the blockbuster pavillion in Devore...i guess they gonna have a bunch of cars from Dub mag...some X-Games shit....even some rock groups...on top of the rappers...i think its gonna be like the Smokeout...minus the constant reminders of smoking....Saturday October 5th starts at noon i believe
