He said on 1 that it was his last album but didnt explain any further and on 2 he does a take off of the beginning to tupacs live and die in LA, where the ladies like " What do you feel when you hear a record like Tupac's new one?" and dudes like "I love Tupac's new record...." where the lady asks messy hella questions about the bay and him and shit. She says So I heard you've been signed to, then it blanks out, and she keeps talking.

the cd's was getting promoted as the last cd's before he announces the major he signed too... BUT in the Xplosive Magazine interview he says something like he's putting out these final cd's then going into a CEO role and just pushing his artists.

If you heard the intro on the album(pt2), you could wager the latter.
