forgive me if thise has been posted already, but i tried a search and didnt find anything....

i was listening to that new beyonce CD and i got to track 10 which is called Resentment and it has the same beat as a track by Andre Nickatina off of CR3; the track is called The Rise And Fall Of A Rap Cat (sorry no link). i have never heard this beat before except on these 2 songs, but if it was sampled from somewhere then someone let me know...

It's definately the same sample... it's gotta be an old classic or something which they both used. Would like to hear the original too, just outta curiosity. Nicky's vocal one is better, on this one Beyonce doin a little too much.

What the feezy, I just did a Google search and found out the following:

Beyonce's “Resentment” is the product of Jazmine Sullivan from Philly.

BUT, in the same article

"I heard that the song is originally by Victoria Beckham AKA Posh Spice"

If this ain't a classic, then someone somewhere isn't getting the credit for this track, I wonder who did it first?
