lol...yeah, for an event this big I wanted to do it on a weekend but it goes down every Wednesday at Pacific Lounge. If anyone wants to book a performance slot hit me up there are still open spots.
If anyone out there can battle make sure you come out and qualify for the show in Jan. there is no entry fee and if you get to the club before 10 you dont have to pay cover. I was standing at my bus stop on 1st inbetween Pike and Pine on my way home from work when that happened. I don't know how dude got away because the cops were there in literally 30 seconds. Then they closed down the street and I had to mob up to by Jaliscos Mexican Restaurant in Queen Anne to catch my bus. That fucking sucked.
This past summer within a month period there was 2 shootings (including that one), a stabbing and some lady got raped all within a block of my bus stop. Not counting the countless strippers I've seen get slapped around in front of Showgirls. I also saw some bum get hit by a car when he was chasing some other bum yelling "Give me back my bagel." You just have to love that area at 1am lol.

the show was fun, lots of good performances, even tho they were short. a few cats really impressed me in the battle too. it was good to see so many tacoma cats up there. but damn i dont know if any of yall were outside when it ended, that girl fight was fuckin crazy, i aint seen a girl get a ass whoopin like that in a long time. i know a few people caught it on video.
