49ers traded their first round pick to the patriots and then they traded back into the first round with the colts.

so the patriots get the 9ers pick and the 9ers get the colts pick this year.

so unless he drops to pick 29-31 there is no chance in hell.

well the patriots will make the playoffs and goodell said if they made it they would lose their 1st round pick, and he said their original pick, not hte one they traded for. so there will only be 31 picks in the first round.
