highway patrol... does just that.. patrols highways... i got a ticket for makin' a right on a red.. everybody makes a right on a red.. but it was at the end of the year and i know the cop didn't fill his quota of arrests.. so they nitpickin' every little thing.. he let me slide on the read.. but my license was expired.. so he fucked me.. it's coo tho... another cop could have legally towed my car for that.
I was thinking about that...I was about to ask about it too, cause I know I make rights on red lights all the time...and if you can't do that shit, that's weak...

But think about it though, More and more justice is becoming robotic slowly but surely. And by robotic I me straight to the point no mercy. I feel we are being forced to be obedient, and in the future I can see myself being paranoid to cross the street if there is no crosswalk, if the pattern in enforcement keeps on the same pattern. I'm not saying by any means your opinon is wrong, it is actually right, but is it just? does it show mercy? I thought the police in genreal are to protect and serve the people, so who are they protecting and who are they serving by citing me for doing 10 above? Just my 2 cents
i hella follow traffic laws no matter how drunk or stoned i might be
and my cars clean, everything from the tires to the windows are legal, recently even took incriminating things like rolling papers out of it, i clip my id and registration/insurance together when i get in the car so the cop has no time to look around, and i dont smoke in my car usually
ive been stopped 3 times since i got my car and given no ticket, went through a DUI checkpoint drunk and left still driving..so maybe all the shit i do to prepare to drive helps... but ive had many times where cops drove behind my just waiting for me to make one traffic violation, i usually take a few deep breaths, stay at the speed limit even if its slowing down the cop behind me, look at my rear and side views often (but not to much to make the cop think im nervous) and make sure i signal and make no rolling stops.
sometimes i actually turn my music up when a cops around (not slapping per se, but ill turn it up to a legal level). sign of confidence wheras turning your shit down is not
san fernando sheriffs hella got on me while i was looking for a trash can in a gas station to throw cig butts away in (700 mile drive, i smoke in the car) seen em pass me but made no eye contact as i was tired as hell and beyond trying to appease cops....well 3 min later in the line at the bathroom here come 3 cheriffs...said i was wandering aimlessly..i couldnt help but argue and then immediately get the "CALM DOWN SIR" shit from them....UGH

the good ol "calm down sir" always seems to make you more upset then you already are....I always come to complete stops and follow street laws, moreso when I'm over, but usually when I'm drunk. I hate police, so I always start getting knots & shit in my stomach whenever there's a cop behind me.....no matter what I'm doing or who I'm with.....or how sober I am
