I don't about that second link. It says I need between 2,000-2,300 calories a day to gain, where as my nutritionist said it's more like 3,000 a day. That's a pretty big difference. Meh.

Without going to a specialist you are not going to get exact numbers. Use the links as a guide and mess around with them changing #'s here and there and you can get a close diet plan. Mine to lose 3 LBS a week is 2370 Calories a day with 330 Carbs , 90 Protein , and 80 Fat Grams. I mixed and matched from the links and this was pretty close.
