Because of the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Press,....
If you can't speak out against your own Gov't, then that means you live in some sort of Communist nation where they control or limit what you can say. That's what makes America great.
But there's A LOT people like you that don't fully know their rights and they wonder why this should be aired and think it's bad. Hell no, if everyone was "scared" or timid to question our Gov't, what the hell would be the purpose of the 1st Amendment?!?!?! The Gov't would eventually say FUCK YOU, YOU BUNCH OF PUSSIES and take away our rights because we are not fully utilizing them anyways.
Every Gov't deep down inside wishes their civilians had no rights, that way they can implement their agendas without any resistance. But that's why there are Checks and Balances in our system and rights given to the people so Gov't doesn't fully take control.
The Gov't wishes they had ultimate control of Media, wishes there were cameras on every corner monitoring our every action, wishes we'd chip our children and ourselves with monitoring devices..... that way it makes their job easier in finding "terrorists," missing children, pedaphiles, killers and other such bogus shit that society has always had and must deal with without giving up rights. Sounds good, but it's all a scare tactic to initiate ultimate control. It's all bullshit, every Gov't wants to control.
