some asshole gave a offer 150.00 for one of my cds so i took it..now his mother writes me and says they are sorry for him bidding on the cd..they didn't think they would win it and will i take 100.00 cuzz thats all they got..so i got back and said ebay ain't for children and no i won't come down anymore..and i said it looks like he better do some work around the house...what would do???

You can do nothing, but charge it to the game, but there name up in the blocked bidders list and file a Non-Paying Bidders Notice when the time comes. Other than that...you can't do nothing. Don't waste your breath on this my man.
