the "ertifie" gets kind of lost because of its color and the color of the leaf... maybe making a thicker stroke..u should give the wording some breathing room also (between the circles)...

NICE MARIJUANA LEAF... CERTIFIED IS KINDA HARD FOR THE EYES TO SEE...

It would probably be best just to make the Certified text a while nother color insted of black or white. Nice design tho.
