lol....I guess this can be DOVE's Celcius...

No, DOVE doesn't get a penny from me and will never get a penny from me. I don't owe him anything since I bought the copies I am selling fair and square. He needs to take up any money issues with the people he is in contract with. I am merely acting as a distributor.

And for the record.....I offered DOVE a chance to make money and he refused, and walked away with multiple copies of an album that he didn't pay for. So I guess thats his payment, a payment not owed but still given.

In the future know the facts before you open your mouth.

For making those comments matt you are no better than Dyamund Shields....or the common bootleger for that matter ..by disrespecting an artist and still selling their album.........This will be my last comment on the matter, is that practicing good business ethics Matt? ask yourself.....

swick i feel compelled to make a comment. answer me this.

how is matt any different than best buy? did matt press these albums and sell them? as far i know no. he is merely someone who is directing the albums to a nationwide distrubution. honestly i dont see anything wrong with it. so yeah i see him alot different from dyamund shields..and a common bootlegger...for matt paid for the albums..and is selling them at his discrection...i dont recall the album i purchased said "not for resale" am i like matt and bootleggers if i sell my copy on ebay? i think not

This is in no way similar to what Dyamund did. The only similarity is that DOVE and I had a falling out.

Lets outline this....

1. DOVE signs with Lock N Load Records and they make the album.

2. DOVE doesn't feel like promoting the album.

3. Lock N LOad does what they can to break even and the due to artist disinterest quits selling it.

4. There is still a demand for this album so 70 Mile Entertainment PURCHASES copies form Lock N Load Records to sell.

5. DOVE still does not want to promote it even after being offered a percent of sales by a generous 70 Mile.

6. 70 Mile goes on to sell the record.

This is in no way different than someone like Bayside or Southwest buying the units form Lock N Load and selling them. I hope this clears everything up.

What Dyamund did was illegal, what myself and 70 Mile did is 100% legal. If there is an issue about money DOVE DAWG needs to contact Lock N Load Records because 70 Mile is not in the charity business.

Thank you, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Not the fact that he is selling them........the fact that he disrespects the artist and then expects people to buy the CD.....Does Best Buy down the artists of who's CDs they are pushing? NO If they did it would be poor business ethics... and Matt we shall discuss this in private not for the world to see... it may be 100% legal but that doesnt hide the fact that you have repeatedly disrespected DOVE as a man and as an artist.....

So you're saying Dove Dawg's new album is going to be backed 100% by 70 Mile? haha.....i'm not about to get in the middle of this but the point I think Swick is trying to make is.....how can you go about selling an album of someone who you will not do business with ever again? I think he compared the Heat Myser to Dyamund Shields in the way that Dyamund put out Celcius w/o giving any of the cash receipts to Tech.....much like you and Dove.... While Dove didnt have a contract with you...it just still looks bad from the outside when you are promoting and selling the product of an artist who isn't even on your label and never had or ever will be. Not entirely different from Dyamund and the likes of others like Black Market (Lynch's old label).

I agree that DOVE and I have had our issues and most definitely had a falling out.....Any comments that were made, just and unjust, were made in between myself, DOVE, and people that know or were involved in the stiutaion.

Sure I am not the most ethical man and many, if not most of my choices are based upon money and profit, but I cannot feel bad about this.

I purchased the cd's while I was still working with DOVE. All I am concerned about now is recouping on my investment. Once that has been realized I won't push them anymore. I am not trying to make money of someone else or take anything from them.....just looking to protect my investment.
