Juvenile Back: in an interview with MTV after the Source Awards, Juvenile publicly confirmed that he is back with Cash Money Records, and he is set to release his next CMR CD on Dec. 23rd; he added that he is toying with the title, "Juvi the Great", but we will have to wait and see; Universal Records does list the album as having a 12/23 release date, with a title to be announced; based on their track record, we will also have to wait and see if the 12/23 date holds.


Birdman Gets Suit, But No Jewelry: Bryan "Baby" Williams failed to pay $82,000 in jewelry bills, according to a lawsuit filed October 29 in Florida circuit court; Baby allegedly ordered a $23,500 pendant made out of gold and diamonds to form the initials BM; he also ordered nine gold diamond studded pendants inscribed with "Cash Money Records", worth $54,000 total, the lawsuit said; the suit filed by King's Jewelers in Bay Harbor Islands (near Miami Beach), alleges Williams ordered, approved, and suggested modifications for the custom jewelry, but then failed to pick up or pay for his order; Cash Money Records was also named in the suit.

If Juvenile fuck with Cash Money again, then hopefully nobody'll have to put up with that RIDICULOUS BIRDMAN SHIT...GETS OLD QUICKLY. As for Baby being SUED FOR UNPAID JEWELRY BILLS, that should TEACH UP-AND-COMING MC's a lesson: Stunt too much and your ass is through. Sure Baby can solve his problem 'cause of the money he's got but damn, nigga oughta know stuntin ain't shit!
