Hangovers are because people dont eat right. And because they drink too much.
Learn to handle your shit and know when to say when man.
Hangovers have many aspects to them, not eating is one of them.
If you drink plenty of water before you go to sleep, you wont have a hangover. That happens because you've become dehydrated from all the alcohol.
Thats not completely true.
Sugar in liquor doesnt help a hangover, neither does over consumption. Drikning water before you go to bed, if youre REALLY fucked up, aint gonna do SHIT becuase you will need to drink throughout the night.
One good way to avoid a BAD hangover is drink TOP shelf liquor (bascially, its filtered MORE than cheap liquor, and has LESS sugar), drink mixed drinks with low-sugar mixers, pace yourself, make sure you have eaten in the last 6 hours, drink 24 ounces of water 2 hours prior, drink water AFTER you get home, eat something slightly greasy, take 2 advil, keep either water or Gatorade by the bed, cus your ass is going to wake up thirsty. After you get up, eat something greasy again.
Boosh.
PS - Beer before liquor....never sicker...
