If you're driving a friend's car who is insured and you get into an accident, what if it's your fault? And what if it's not your fault? What happens in both cases since you are not insured for that car? Assuming you're the only person in the vehicle.

Also, what if there was a hit and run, you get dude's license plate numbers but the car isn't registered? And what if the police caught dude what would happen? Can you sue the fuck or what? Too many illegal immigrants (Mexicans) on my side of town w/o licenses/insurance and I wanna be prepared for what happens if it goes down.

man that's alot "what ifs"..

if someone hit you and they dont have a license or insurance i think your shit outta lucc.. thats why when you get insurance they ask you if you want "uninsured motorist" insurance to cover the cost in the event of something like that happens. im not sure

awhile bacc i wrecced my car, i didnt have a license but i had insurance... i told them my friend drove my car and wrapped my shit and they paid for the damages

So what happened to your friend? That's the main "what if" I need to find out. So is it ok for a friend to wreck your car and your insurance will cover it just like you wrecked it?

my friend was made up.. that story was fake.. i wrecced the car myself but i didnt want my insurance to go up, plus i didnt have a license. i just told them that my "friend" just recently moved and i lost contact with him. i dont know if that will work for every insurance company i think i got over
