i mean, not feeling his/her shit is one thing, but i mean, if u sell a millions copies of your album, thats pretty impressive. I dont care what were talking bout, rap/rock/r and b/country/, it dont matter. for example, i dont feel the backstreet boys. but i aint gonna hate them callin them gay and pop bullshit that only 10 year old girls buy, singing is their hustle, and they made mad money off that. im pretty sure any of us would fucking yoddle on record if we could sell a mill of them and get paid, i just dont see where all the hatred comes from. It just seems like so many artists get hated on, nelly/50/game/snoop, and if u dont feel them, thats different, it just seems some artists get hated on for no reason, like they fucked your sister or something. Im just kinda rambling, but hey, thats what the open forum is for i guess

I dont think most people are hatin. Alot of people just hate the fact that gimmicks get passed on as good music. That's great if someone can comes up and makes some money though.

just as bad as the haters are the ones that feel like they have to defend some mainstream artists....sure ppl might hate like they fucked their sister but that doesnt mean you have to defend them like you are their brother...i see more ppl on this board throw around the word hater and defend their favorite mainstream artist then i do all the underground artists...doesnt make sense to me.i made a thread about this asking why ppl feel the need to do so but of course nobody responded

the definition of hating on this board is anybody that says something that goes against your opinion...its just stupid cause we cant have a decent discussion about an artist without the word hater being thrown around 70 times...its just an opinion,no matter how it is worded...i shouldnt have to be all politically correct everytime i criticize an artist.cause i can say "im not feeling him" and thats ok but when i say "he is wack" all of a sudden i'm a hater and its all the same shit,just words

if everybody would just stop being so sensitive and get butthurt when somebody says they dont like somebody there would be no "hating" on this board...just take it for what it is,an opinion

nope...not in my eyes,i dont take shit like that personal...why should i care what somebody thinks of somebody i have never met in my life or could even care less about me? why do you even care what other ppl think?how does somebody saying your favorite rappers sucks effect YOU? why do you feel the need to defend ppl you have never met?

i could care less about the rapper i listen to on a personal level,therefore i dont feel the need to defend them...i dont care if mf doom rapes puppies and burns baby dolphins,if he is making tight shit i'm going to listen to it...you act like mf doom is going to hear through the grapevine that some guy named siccfucc is giving him props on some random message board and he is going to want me in his next video...they dont give a fuck about you,so why should you stick up for them?

i dont think anyone is "sticking up for them", no one is threatening to whoop anyones ass if they aint feelin their fav artists. i think people just get tired of hearding about "llyod banks is a gay porn star", or "the game didnt start bangin till after high school", you know what im sayin....sometimes people just say some dumb shit for no reason at all. so i think some people are just sayin cutt the bullshit, either feel em or dont, no need to go on with ignorant shit....but i see where your comming from

i understand where you are coming from too,sometimes ppl go to far as just say shit just to be dick...but i just dont let it effect me,has no bearing on my real life,so i dont stress over it...thats just my online attitude all together
