its illegal if they bust your ass, but what they dont pin on you dont count.. i say do it anyways

back in the day my homie had a thing that would say his f serve was full at all times, so no one could share his files. (other cats in the ftp rings)

The way they bust you is if you share your files. If you don't share, they don't know you have em, so you can't get caught.

Man go to kazaalitekpp.com and get the latest version - it blocks RIAA's ISPs ...you're pretty much safe unless you're offering hundreds of new release pop albums.

and the RIAA isn't concerned with the IRC unless you've got 8 bots serving.

so no, steal music in peace, just like I do.

NO.

You can not get caught for anything in IRC unless you're running an XDCC server yourself. And even if you are, it seriously is hard to get someones true info. I've been using IRC for 6-7 years and it's still hard as fuck to even get someones exact location. You could probably get their town/city no problem, but any more exact than that and you'd be breaking laws. (Cause you'd have to go through their ISP and extract info from there... long process pretty much...)
