Yeah, they're from Vallejo.
I'm sure it's pretty rare. Back in '95 I used to hear one of the songs on KPOO all the time (I think it was the "Trunk Of Funk" track) I actually called in to ask about it and the DJ dubbed me a copy of it and sent it to me in the mail.
I wish I had the album, but I've never even seen it before except in a 4080 ad way back when. I'm sure someone on here has it and can give the details about production and features and what not.
