Buying stuff from ebay

so ive never ordered anything from ebay never fucked with it but i was thinking of copping some cd's, can someone break down the basics of what i gotta do to get started? is it just bidding, i cant just cop something as is or can i?

and on ordering cds searches come up i think from buyers, and stores. when stated sealed blah blah is it usually trustworthy and ya get whats stated? most stuff is like half off what youd pay in stores

pay attention to the sellers feedback, 98-100% is usually a good seller

always use paypal

when your new to ebay you gonna have 0 feedback. usually sellers dont fuck with bidders with 0 feedback. so you gotta let them know that you really gon bid/purchase. you can bid on items or you can use buy it now

Don't always think your getting a deal when you buy from ebay. You may actually be paying more than what it sells elsewhere.

so how do i get it to go with/through ebay? just sign up, and is there fees?? so far i just have an account made on ebay.

edit: and another thing i dont get is a lot of times it wont say if somethings used or it'll just say "new", does that mean not sealed and open?
