Buffer Over Run

i downloaded a Rocky 6 trailer but it wont let me watch it or even go into my video folder. when i try to open the video folder it says "Buffer Over Run Detected" and wherever i tried to open the folder it closes. like if i tried to open it in msn messenger msn messenger closed.

does anybody know how to take this off. i really want to open my video folder to upload some more videos for you guys here at siccness

^^^ cuz i wanted to put it in my iPOd. but does anybody know how to get rid of this Buffer Overrun??????
