I've camped in Big Sur a few times. Once deep in the Ventena Wilderness, once at Mill Creek and the other times at the hot springs. Its near a small creek but the main hot spring is a natural hot tub sitting on the side of a tall mountain.

If you want a "campground" maybe Mill Creek would be a better choice, but if you want to explore, eat shroomies and kick it in natural pot tubs then sykes is the spot.

cool thanks breh. i mainly just want a place with nice trails and with water. what sounded cool about mill creek is that my boy said that its not so well known and there arent much people ever there. but he tends to lie a lot so this true?
