BIG LURCH UPDATE THURSDAY

i recorded the lurch update yesterday.
they talked to him over the phone.lurch says he does'nt remember a thing that night and it's tottally out of character of doing sumthing like that.he says he don't even like blood and can't even eat oysterss,so eating sumones body organs is sick to him.it was gross they showed the body (it was blurred) but you could see the whole chest was open and there was organs on the floor.it looked like a lung and sum kidneys on the floort.she was disected like a science experiment.it was gross.
in his court case they have to decide if lurch was temperarily insane.if they say he was he will go to a mental hospital.i'm not sure if he will go to prison if they decide that.i think it's only a mental hospital.so he has a chance because i really believe he was insane.i mean they have pictures of him and he is not concious he is so high off that pcp he got his eyes closed with no clothes on with the hand cuffs.theres blood on his mouth and chest.they said he was walking around at 2:00 o clock in the afternoon butt naked with blood all over him.if he knew whut he just did he would want to hide it instead of being out in public like tath and get caught.
the bad part is he's a rapper and i'm guessing they might use his lyrics in court.in the end of the program they kept rewinding parts of his lyrics talking about murdering people and cutting them up.stuff about jason and micheal myers.it was fucked up.they always use rappers lyrics against them.
so you know jurors can be swayed.they can paint a picture like thats the kind of person he is he does drugs and raps about murder and shit like that.
i gotta watch it a few more times to quote the lyrics but it sounds just like whut he did.thats the bad part.

making music is to better your life by not doing those things in the street but rather talk about it and make a living by it.

thats the thing.
they have to find out if they must also prove if he was insane in court to the jury (only a possibility).
if the defense WILL BE ALLOWED to prove their case that he was insane in court lurch will only go to a mental hospital.
thats his only chance if the court says the JURORS must find that lurch was temperarily insane then he has a chance.
