I'm not talkin just sales....Basically, if you had ONE cd from the bay this year to give someone, what would it be???

We all know the impact of 40's "Ghetto Report Card," but do you really believe it is the best album that has come out of the bay so far this year???

THE ROCK HANDS DOWN, YOU CAN JUST TELL QUINN PUT ALOT INTO MAKING THAT ALBUM.

HE DESERVES TO GO PLATINUM FOR MAKING SURE HE HAD A DOPE PRODUCT BEFORE RELEASING IT.

I'm gonna have to go with The Rock, it was a new sound for a Bay Artist, and especially for Quinn...and it was dope all the way through.

I was was surprised at how good the 'Back In Business' and 'Champ Bailey' albums were...

i'll go with E-40's. then San Quinn's. i also like THe Mossie's - Soil Savvy album too. i'd say B-Legit's, but that was released in 2005.

I will say lyric wise, Quinn. But as far as an over all polished sound, I'll say 40. It's almost unfair to compare 40's album with all of he rest based upon his major label push, videos and publicity.
