actually they can, and so can men. its a miracle what doctors can do these days, and the whole "sensual feeling" in the parts can also be done for extra. surgery is pricey though. anyways, i would never get one - im very comfortable with who i am and what im capable of with the ladies =) lol

i never said that, i thought she meant they dont have the same sensual feeling when some do depending on the surgery. ftm's can get erect and experience sensation
