I've heard rumors of there being a Green Day show in oakland, and all the fans ran them out the O' cuz they sold out. (sold out meaning they sold out their music, not the show)

was any one there? or has any one seen a newspaper article about it?

the lead singer of green day (billy joel armstrong) is actually from Benicia and still plays there quite a bit with his other side-group (forget the name,??), but in a more general way, they DID come from the bay area... and oakland was where they blew up and began to play shows live...

Dookie is one of the best rock cd's of the 90's, any true music fan's gotta agree with that. Dookie, and Smash.. hahahah!! fuck yeah..
