THE BAY AREA MIXTAPE OF THE YEAR AWARD GOES TO BIG TREEZ ENT. FOR THE MIXTAPE BAY TO THE BIG APPLE, BEcause they're the only ppl who actually put together a real mixtape. But the shit was dope, I'm not taking nothing away from it.

@ these artists who are making fake mixtapes: since you are rapping over beats someone else made and sold to someone else, aren't you too guilty of theft since you didn't pay for that beat???

Block Report presents Hood Radio Vol. 2 is coming soon and will either be a double disc w/a Bay area disc and a NY disc, or a single disc (bay or ny). Right now I'm thinking the bay might not be ready for this shit so I should just say fuck it and give up on them. But now nigga I make a G a month off of NY mixtapes, spreading them thru the bay. the truth of the matter is is it better for me to sell those or start a bay area mixtape???

notice that all the artist mixtapes are by niggaz who make millions, not thousands feel me? and these dude's really don't make anything from their mixtapes, just fame and exposure which will bring bread in the long run. the bay lacks all 3 (fame exposure and money) and i'm beginning to question why i even care.

MY POINT IS I MAKE A G A MONTH OFF OF SELLING NY MIXTAPES, BUT I WANTED TO START A BAY AREA ONE CAUSE THERE ISN'T ONE OUT NOW. I AM FOR THE BAY BUT IF I'M JUST GOING TO GET SHITTED ON THEN WHY SHOULD I CARE. I MAKE MONEY REGARDLESS.

LOL that mixtape was one of the gayest of the year. First off the cd had no bass, it wasnt even mastered. I wish I would have never bought that tape. Their was only 1 hot song on it. $15 for 1 song which had no bass and quality was shit, Ill pass. Done Deal had to have the tape of the year. How can you say thats not a real tape when it has a REAL dj mixing it (Mind Motion).

he has this one Mixtape of 80's music... cuts that shit up unbelivable... and his hiphop ones are outragously tight

I'm so tired of mixtapes......fuck the mixtapes...bay area didn't blow up off no mixtapes...it blew up off the original slumpin tight material that was created by all the artists in the lab...and it was word of mouth that was the promotion that kept things bumpin.....artists jus need to get back to those roots and start putting out some hits...one love to the ones already doin that....
