Damn... the Patriots don't like to pay anybody. Brady got a cool contract but it wasn't as much as Manning's or Vick's.

I don't know how that would work out (cap-wise).

I wish the Niners would package a bunch of fuckers and go after Samuel. It would be raw as fuck to have Clements and Samuel (not that it would ever happen).

its not about being a team player....it wasnt for briggs ethier.....

franchise tags are bad for players.....what if dude doesnt play like he did this year? he wont get his big contract that he deserves as a FA this year....what if he has a horrible injury? dude wants a future....not a one year fix

I don't know about that Lamberto because that would mean one of our corners would be turned into a nickel back. Fabian and Asomughu (sp) are both good corners. And not only that Samuel has seen that Clements got a big contract so he might want one similar to Clements. The Raiders might not be in position to give him a contract like that because they have to save money to sign their draft picks.

Of course it's not gonna happen Tony. I'm talking hypothetically. I really don't have any say with the Raiders organization, although I should.

And if the Raiders actually did get offered Asante for Moss, you bet your ass they'd turn Fabian into a nickel back quick! Asante is a shut-down corner...

Salary cap and money is another issue though... :(
