If you would like to win an AUTOGRAPHED 'ALPHA DOG' CD from Aaron Zigman himself, just answer this easy question: Both Aaron Zigman and Nick Cassavetes worked together on a critically-acclaimed romantic film starring Gena Rowlands and James Garner ... but which one was it?

i wish someone would have posted this yesterday or before cuz i know the answer but its to late... the last day to email the answer was yesterday :(

Why do you guys still think there is a soundtrack to the movie?

Tech did the work on the SCORE.....not a soundtrack.

You know when you watch a movie....the music that is being played during scenes? That's the SCORE. That's what Tech contributed to. Not a cd that comes out with the movie.

true but
why would they not release a soundtrack? i mean, not all movies have actual sound track CD's but depending on the material there might be a soundtrack.... i don't know....
and yeah usually the "actual" score is not on the CD minus the obviously thematic instrumental material... but fuck it this shit is too confusing to write when i'm drunk .
................
and if they have "rapping" on a movie as a part of the "score" and not just a featured "song", i'll fuckin tip my hat to that man.. i mean it's about time right...? but, don't be acting like other people "not in the know" are ignorant by thinkin there'll be soundtrack to the movie... because to my knowledge, "rap" has never ever before been a part of the score in any movie... prior to this.

if i'm wrong, please tell me the title of one movie that had someone rapping on it as a part of the score... not just a "featured song"

thank you.

.....
sorry another edit...
of course it could be that Tech contributed to the score by other musical means than rapping... but who knows

I remember being at a Tech N9ne show in november, and he was tellin about how nickcassavets got an underground cat like him to do work on a major motion pitcher., then after he told about it i herd a new song, with more of a rock beat but sounded cool. and it sounded like it was about drugs and adiction, and i also herd him say in the song, we make soo much money the irs is checkin us.soo if thats the song to the movie it has to be on the sound track. but Hq said he did work on the score.Tech N9ne can do that producen right. the cat, use to always beat on shit. and i saw him in the slacker video, tapin on the drum machine. soo did he produce for the movie like the instruments and stuff. are did he do a song for the score and its not gonna be on the soundtrack. or did he do a song for the soundtrack and did, some extra shit in the movie like producin and maken voices and shit im confused.i guess ill just haft to se when the movie comes out. or if you know then ill find out on this thread.
