I'm still a highschool student but in the future (within 6 months-a year) I'd like to learn how to buy an apartment to rent out as an investment. I knw the R.E. game is low right now but I'm really wantin' to start my investments right now so then when the market does go back up, I'll be good. Obviously I wouldnt have the money to buy out houses & rent out, & I was told that it's best to start with apartments if you'd like to get into any Real Estate in the future. Can somebody tell me any tips/advice/price ranges/insurance/etc. on this investment?
