SAN FRANCISCO -- Hundreds of people raced down one of the most famous winding roads in the world Sunday on children's toys.
Contestants battled each other and the twisting turns of Lombard Street during the seventh annual Bring Your Own Big Wheel race in San Francisco.
Despite the number of spills on the course, no serious injuries were reported.
Race officials are unsure if the event will return next year because the city will not give a permit or insure the event.
