ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONVERT VIDEO FILES TO MP4?

I GOT THAT PSP MEDIA MANAGER AND IT USED TO CONVERT THE FILES FOR ME BUT NOW IT'S ALL FUCKED UP AND IT JUST KEEPS SAYIN ENCODE ERROR,

ANYONE KNOW WHATS WRONG OR ANOTHER WAY I COULD CONVERT THE FILES TO MP4 SO I COULD GET THEM ON MY PSP?

I use Super Converter, it can be found on google. Works good for my blackberry and my friends PSP. The website is confusing as fuck though.

I CONVERTED THE FILES TO MP4 BUT WHEN I TRY TO DRAG THEM TO THE MP_ROOT 100MNV01 FOLDER IT JUST SAYS NO VIDEOS EVEN MY OTHER MP4 FILES IT SAYS NO VIDEO ANYONE KNOW WHATS UP WIT THAT SHIT? I EVEN FORMATTED MY MEMORY STICK TOO

well wheni tried doin that shit it didnt work either but my psp has an actual folder that says video on it...i think i got that folder wheni updated to 3.71

I don't see how there could be a block.... Download the youtube video in a flash (.flv) format, and then convert it to mp4, and you should be good.

yeah i think there os a block i tryed downloading videos from there witht he pspvideo9(and there iPOD version) but it says youtube is not alowing download anymore
