Need to find out where a car is, and onstar won't give up the info without having the police contact them.

because its my uncles car, my cousin was supposed to have it, she claims not to know where it is, and onstar aint fuckin with us because he bought it used and the car is listed under the original owners name still in their records. The police won't take a report, because they say it was a verbal agreement between my uncle and his daughter that she was responsible for the truck while he did a 70 day parole violation.
