Anyone here ever get caught driving with no registration, no insurance, and also a driver's license point violation? If so, what happened?

and dont miss your court date, theyll issue you a fine for that too. & youre gonna have nothing but agrivation if you get your L suspended or worse revoked. so take care of that shit quick.

my best guess is probablly anywhere from 1000-1200 EACH. they dont go lightly on that shit, and add that on top to whatever u did.

if they didnt say anything about your registration or insurance, then your only gonna get fined for the red light...sometimes cops wont even ask you for registration when you get pulled over, just your license

I gave them my registration and insurance, but they didn't say anything about it. My registration was inactive cuz the car wasn't running for a few months. I never got all my shit straight when the car got fixed, I just drove it.

^^^if they dont say anything, and its not listed on the ticket, then ur straight...ive had expired insurance (even though it was renewed at the time, i jjust didnt have the renewed card with me in the car), and they were like "we could write u up for that but we wont)...in court, if they bring it up, just tell them u werent told u were goin to court for that and it wasnt written on the ticket. the cop has to tell u what u did.

yep...if they dont tell you, then even if you did something wrong, they cant go back and make you pay for it later

I have gotten pulled over with no registration and so has a friend of mine. In court they just wanted proof of registration and they got rid of the fine. My friend got off with a fix it ticket.

you wont get your car impounded unless you dont have a license. if you dont have registration and/or insurance you will just be cited and then get fined when you go to court. the best thing to do would be to take care of it before you go to court. it should significantly reduce the fine.
