Anyone ever returned some faulty shoes to the manufacturer?

I have some Nike Shox runners, and one of the shox seperated from the heel. Some weak ass shit. Anyone ever returned some deffective shoes to the manufacturer and got a new pair in return?

Go to the Nike website and contact them about it. I had a problem with some Air Max's like 8 years ago, the plastic shit in the bottom was leaking some shit and it made the shoes smell fucked up....I put them in the garage for a month before I hit up Nike about it, and nothing changed-they still smelled weird (and no, it wasn't my feet, lol, it was a chemical smell). They sent me some paperwork about my "claim" and I sent them the shoes and a letter telling them to put the shoes in the CEO's office for even an hour.

Shortly after I was send a brand new pair of $150 basketball shoes, that I didn't like. But they did give me something for my inconvenience.

Thanks for the feedback. Good to hear they hooked you guys up. Just wondering, what condition were your shoes in? Mine are pretty worn out, but still, the shox shouldn't be falling off.

I had a problem with some Nike's way back in the day, like in the early 90's... I forget what it was but they gave me a free pair too.

Mine were FUCKED....The chemical smell filled up the fucking garage. I put them in a plastic bag when I sent them back, so I KNOW they got a nice big wiff of whatever the fuck it was. Other wise, I had them for like 6 months or so...but I wore them 5/7 days of the week.

Hey, how'd u guys contact nike?

I sent them an email thru some customer service link on nike.com the day i made the thread and they never responded.

Back to topic,Just bring it back to Nike,or report it online.They should be able to help you out with that if they were new.
