i work at finish line and i get 30% and i know dick's gets 25%. so foot lockers discount has to be pretty good.

Dude I worked with used to work over at Footlocker before getting hired, said he usually got 30% off except sometimes they got 50% when shit was on sale.

Footlocker doesn't give out free shoes. Nike gives employees a free pair of shoes when you start and every 6 months if you work at an outlet, more often if you work at Niketown.

Footlocker/Champs/Footaction all get 30% off all the time and about 4-6 times a year get 50% off.
