Anybody else have a sony mhc-gx450 Shelf system?

I havent had this thing workin' for about a year now... I was listenin' to music 1 day and it out of no where turned off and a red light began flashing off and on. I've tried turning it off and then back on, didnt work. Then I straightened out the wires to the speakers and still didnt work. Has anyone had this problem? What should I do? *no pointless, unuseful comments please*
