i was sitting here the other day listening to iverson talk about what all star and all america bla bla bla comes off the bench?...i like ai but i cant help but think that this is his doing...he might be a superstar, he might be the biggest lil man but how can you be a leader of a team when your ass doesnt even show up for practice...maybe the ppl around him suck but if theyre the only ones at practice and the teams star is out chilling with his homeys drawing...what the hell is that about...tell me what that does the phsyce of a team when their star player and "leader" skips practice...he should lead by example, hogging the ball obviously aint winning them a title.
another thing i noticed when reading an article on epsn the mag...that a lot of players "choose" not to play defense...randy moss got blasted in the media for half assing certain plays that he wasnt involved in, how is it that a bball player can get to where he is without playing d?...if i was a coach id sit their asses on th bench as well...i think it was webber i read about being able to play defense but not wanting to...lol...and i was watching the mavericks play the oither day and it seemed like the opposition would throw up a shot and the mavs wouold just stand around waiting for it to drop...put up a ahnd, knock him in his face, do something...how do these players get millions when by their own admition and by watching the games one can tell they dont play 100%.
