Because he flopped and became a big disapointment to def jam and khaled so they figured well if we spent all this money to record promote and hype his this album and it only cranks 60,000 + copies then there gonna rush him back to the studio and record a new album and put all these artist on it hoping it will sale which most likely won't sale most copies of outside of dade county
