I may be wrong, but I dont think the soundtrack was ever made. The soundtrack was never promoted as a part of the DVD that's why there was not a soundtrack included.

nah bro, it was promoted as a package. I remember when it first came out I was asking south city street show about how come theirs didnt have the soundtrack with it.
