we've been considering settin' up a battle via tha net were unsigned talent can expose their abilities with a copy written track which would be voted on by you. some of the shit we have to iron out would be:
1. lenght of time to enter contest
2. regulating voting
3. protection of the artist's rights and music
4. prizes

wut we had in mind for tha grand prize is production of a new single or maybe re-production of tha winning track if its supa blaze. manufacturing of cd-5's and vinal along with service to record pools for that single.(BDS certified of course) distibution of spin numbers to major record company scouting departments and a&r departments. and maybe some small prize change.

any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Do it every six months. With a major forum like this I think this should be operating procedure. It'll keep niggas in the WEST on they toes. Each competition I think will naturally progress and be better than the last. It'll bring music minded niggas to the forum, and some fake, but the real will recognize the real. It'll bring more fans to the forum, who then gets exposed to all the wonderful product all the labels on the Siccness has to offer. The Siccness should pay for advertising within the CDs they sell, ya feel me? complete the loop, if it's not that way already. I think the established niggaz already on the Siccness should have a hand in this. Look out for the lil' niggaz, but at the same time make em' work for it.

This graphic below is made for ShawnB as an example, but he is nowhere to be found. It was free, so it wasn't anticipated and is simple, instead of his would you like your name on it. We need to put a poll on the board, promote the site, and have the world vote. We just end the tournament by a certain date. Do this out of 60, then 30, then 15, then 1, or something similar.
