I'm midway through my gigantor box of cd's, ripping them into my computer. I havnen't purchased a rap cd in years; other than some classic hits that are scratched, missing, etc...
Why does rap, from every part of the country, suck nuts so much compared to the mid to late nineties classics? (My opinion).
Just a reflection. There may be some artists an albums out there I've either A; never heard of, or B; not given a chance.
But man, I miss tracks like "Fonky Situation" by Mac Dre or even a good O.Z. album.
I "YouTubed" "Players Holiday" yesterday. Wow. What a freaking hit. 4-Tay bustin in with his verse with a case of (whatever that was, Dom Perignon?)
