Here is some stuff I heard this morning that is not in the article. The bill is not passed yet but Chris Mortensen says they are close to it. New rule would state that more than one person dancing, posing for pictures, etc. at the same time will have even stiffer fines and penalties. They say that an individual can do whatever he wants all by himself but catz all squatting trying to catch the "warmth" of the ball is unexceptable
