Reading the wiki production credits sound like he played a roll in and/or produced quite a few of the songs so that was probably the "random shitty instrumental track thrown in the middle of the album." was about I'm guessing.
I don't think his complaint was in an audiophile way just that the really early leak was a really shitty one in general quality to anyone.

Is the link @0R0 linked quality? Someone on a different site said the one that leaked early in the day was pretty poor quality and then they found a high quality one later on and it made a huge difference to their opinion on the album in a positive way.

Nah, Kendrick is fine on his own. That's why I thought it was stupid when he let Dre and them call him the new west or whatever and mentor/overlook GKMC. Dude was better off doing himself than all that played out bullshit so those folks can still feel important.
