concrete mob has a east coast sound thug type of feel but like old school in a way, its not the typical upbeat chicago sound y'all used to...i only liked one song off it, the rotation song
should of just downloaded it. anyways, i listened to it and its nothing spectacular but i guess if its typical bone shit you're expecting then you'll be satisfied.
a friend rates them like crazy and i agree they're good but i am curious if any of y'all rate them too and one of the top groups outta the chi....i like they style cause they're mixture of everything, gangsta, political, hip-hop, ballin', etc. which is kind of whats great about midwest music...
or any other side cause foreals...i feel only way rap acts can make it today is just to make music danceable and copy what exactly what is hot is now....foreals, you hear all the majors songs, they all sound the same.....some are talking about same shit they were talking about 10 years ago just...
quarta ounce is the group and the song is ummm shit i forgot, i think its called "heads up" its third track on their album....but the GROUP is called quarta ounce and are from chi-town, ask d-skrilla about it....
