I finally feel pretty decent. Going to get a workout in when things are dead. I don't know if it's going to be one of those dope workouts after de-load where all your lifts go up a bit and you feel amazing or if its going to be a struggle. We'll see
Wish I could sleep from about 745am to 945pm, like a deep deep super recuperative sleep then wake up fully repaired and then workout again tonight even harder
