Instead of spending $4 on a thing of coconut water or some pasteurized fruit smoothie health drink you could grab 3 bananas, an orange, an apple, a snack pack of mixed nuts or peanuts, and an entire head of lettuce and get probably at least twenty times the nutrition and hydration. But hey I'm guilty of buying all that shit too. It's sweet and tastes good, especially the diet stuff diet stuff is way sweeter once you get used to it
