I've been 188-184 lbs for like, a month, maybe longer. It's pretty clear that I have to exercise to continue losing weight because I can't seem to calorie count on a consistent basis anymore. At least I'm basically staying consistently the same weight, even though I'm kind of just eating what I want. Calorie counting for so long seems to have had a significant impact on my food choices and eating habits; a significant positive impact
