I once had to write up a girl for being +/- $10+ three shifts in a row and while filling out the part where they can make a comment she started lightly sobbing, clearing her eyes, just kinda chocked up. I was like "Hey it's not that serious, it's just a first step, more or less a warning" and I looked down at the comments area and it said "I didn't want to say I was dyslexic during the job interview because places that deal with money, which is most places, won't hire you." and she just started bawling crying when I looked back up at her. I didn't know what to say and said some stupid shit like "Well maybe we can get you more usher shifts?" lol
