My immediate reaction is B, but...

If youre considering everyone at their prime/uninjured...I think it's easy to look at the passed threw rose colored glasses and it's hard to measure how the game as changed. Players in every sport are bigger, stronger, faster than ever. I want to say B, but I wouldn't be surprised if A won.

Past players (in every sport) benefit from time passed. Maybe basketball is a little more even than baseball and football. Babe Ruth was a great hitter, but do you still think he'd lead the league in HR's if he had C.C. Sabathia pumping in 89 mph sliders? Could Ty Cobb have hit Pedro Martinez hitting 95 with movement?
