The whole situation is fucked. I was helping him paint a house and we were camping out not far from the work site. We were camping at a old logging pond that he used to frequent often. I was shit faced since we were camping and when the cops showed up at around 1am, I couldnt even wake up with them yelling in my face. I guess they were standing right over me and yelling "WAKE UP ITS THE POLICE!!!" I didnt wake up until my my buddy slugged me in the chest, and even then I didnt cooperate with them lol

The fucked thing is. The cops didnt pull anyone over. We were both sleeping when they came upon us. I was blacked out drunk before I fell asleep so my herb and pipe were just left where ever, which happened to be near my buddy and where he was sleeping.
