to be honest, i really don't know too many filipinos that like the eagles, and i assume he's talking about the band that composed "hotel california" as opposed to the philadelphia eagles.
but i will agree with many filipinos liking journey, even more so now that the filipino lead singer, arnel pineda, has taken over steve perry.
and the guy who posted the first comment, roemello mora, who sounds like a filipino person himself, is also correct. filipinos fucking love the lakers. as a matter of fact, i went to my uncle's house (his entire family are lakers fans) just as the nba playoffs started, and he asks me, "who are you rooting for in the nba playoffs?" and i replied, "the spurs, because i want them to sweep the lakers. and i don't consider myself a spurs fan." so he laughs and said, "i don't know where you went wrong. you are one of the rare filipinos that hate the lakers. and you know damn well the lakers are pretty much the filipinos' favorite team. and not just here, but back in the philippines as well." (he just came back from a visit from the philippines about a month before i went to his house) and again, he's right. being in the bay area or northern california, for the most part, filipinos are mainly warriors fans, but there's a lot of filipino lakers fans as well. even up in sacramento, it seems that there are more filipino lakers fans there than there are filipino kings or warriors fans..................................
now, with that said, i want to take this time to say 1.) fuck the bitch ass philadelphia eagles, and fuck all of their bitch ass fans. 2.) fuck journey, especially since the san francisco giants (fuck them bitch ass suckas, too) started using "don't stop believing" as their celebration song after winning the world series in 2010, and 3. fuck the bitch ass los angeles lakers.

Steve Perry looks like a lesbian Jew with possible Down's, but he sang his fuckin heart out & I got nothing but respect for the guy.
